Buckhead Wedding Cakes' Kosher cousin - Fancy Schmancy Cakes is a non-dairy PARVE bakery.  We are supervised by the Atlanta Kashruth Commission.  We work with all hotels and venues that have Kosher kitchens.  Our Chefs hail from some of the finest hotels in the world, including the Tel Aviv Hilton.  With new innovations in food technology, PARVE is not what it used to be.
